Mangiamo

Our head chef believes in combining fresh produce with innovative flavours for a warm, soulful menu, inspired by Italian heritage but with a subtle 2023 twist for a unique Italian restaurant experience. Our pizzas are made from premium flour, hand-stretched and left to prove for 24 hours for a light, airy, flavoursome dough. Our pastas use only the best De Cecco pasta, giving real flavour and letting our fresh ingredients speak for themselves.

BROOKLYN CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
Expect the unexpected here at Prego. All your traditional Italian classics with new favourite twists like this bad boy. Strips of juicy beef burger packed in between mozzarella cheese and streaky bacon with Italian tomato sauce. Topped with a pickles, red onions and real American mustard.

Select a cosy booth for you and your party in our signature flamingo brand colouring in our bar area. This area is bar service only.

Tables

We have two seating areas of tables, in the main restaurant and also in the bar area, for when you want more relaxed or formal dining experiences. The bar area is bar service only and the restaurant is a full dining experience.
