Our head chef believes in combining fresh produce with innovative flavours for a warm, soulful menu, inspired by Italian heritage but with a subtle 2023 twist for a unique Italian restaurant experience. Our pizzas are made from premium flour, hand-stretched and left to prove for 24 hours for a light, airy, flavoursome dough. Our pastas use only the best De Cecco pasta, giving real flavour and letting our fresh ingredients speak for themselves.
